Terms of service.
PAYMENTS
Bank Transfer: We require payment to be made once cleaner has finished and I have confirmed cleaner has finished.
Payment made late after 24 hours will require a late fee.
CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate life sometimes gets in the way and their may be some circumstances that occur that require a cancellation.
We are a small company and a cancellation last minute are hard to cover.
Therefore we require 48 hours notice of a cancellation to try and assist us to fill your spot.
If you do not cancel within 48 Hours due to avoidable circumstances then you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit on ALL deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans.
This is for one off cleans, end of tenancy cleans and Christmas cleans.
